Your order has been carried out with the utmost care. Should your opinion, something not in order, you can return.

Returns

We accept these returns only intact product condition and in original as possible packaging.

Within 14 days of receipt, you can revoke the order. Then you have 14 days to send the order back.

Specifying a revocation reason we appreciate, but not required. The cost of returning his own expense.

For products that infringed or battered are returned, we can charge every reasonable charge.

Return of business orders

Have you done a business order? Then there are different conditions for return. The Distance Selling Act does not apply to companies. Contact us for the possibilities. If an order is fully or partially returned after consultation, processing costs will be charged. The processing costs amount to 15% of the purchase value of the returned products plus a standard rate of € 7.50 incl. VAT. Products specifically ordered for you, sealed products whose seal has been broken and tailor-made products will not be returned.
